1. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest in the Baby Jogger range. It's designed for travel and easily fits through most doors with its narrow design. It's also one of the most lightweight double buggies that are available, weighing only 14lbs when folded. It's perfect for trips with a toddler and a newborn because you won't be able to exceed the allowances for luggage on airlines. It can also be folded up into an incredibly small travel bag so you can store it in the back of your car.
The one-handed, Z-shape folding is a breeze and is extremely compact once you've mastered it. It takes a few only a few seconds to unfold. However twin stroller found the auto lock to be a little confusing. As the handlebar doesn't lock into place when you press it, it hit her legs when she was using it. The handlebar was a bit too short, especially with a big changing bag hanging off it.
The double stroller isn't as lightweight as other travel buggies. It has a full range of features, and is among the most versatile double strollers available on the market. It's compatible with two carrycots (available separately) and has multiple recline positions, and an UV 50+ canopy. You can also add the bassinet to either or both seats to transform this into a travel system.
The four tires made of rubber are ideal for pavements and urban terrain. However, they are not designed for off-roading. They had trouble with long grass and gravel and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel, so mud stuck easily. Our testers loved this buggy and was able to climb some beautiful hillocks that were muddy.

They can also be adjusted to face either parent or world facing.
It's a heavier tandem buggy but it's incredibly easy to operate and steer, especially on smooth pavements. It's stable in double and single mode, and can be used on sloped terrain. It's not as easy to drive on public transport, however, as it requires more than one hand to grip the handlebar. It is also bulky and won't fit in a standard car boot without the seat on, however this can be overcome with careful planning. iCandy has included a footmuff and changing bag with the cost, so it's an excellent value for new parents.

Our testers found the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even taking on uneven ground or when turning fast in the middle of a busy street. The fact that the seats can be reclined independently was hugely appreciated.
The hoods were also easy to adjust for wind or sun protection. Our testers did find however that they didn't provide an extensive amount of coverage compared to similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods, so it might be worthwhile to pack a rain cover to be prepared in the event of.
Overall, our testers were impressed with the way the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla on a variety of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods, to running to the park for a quick playdate. They were also impressed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are with plenty of room for toddlers to sprawl out in.
